Renewal of the Council of Europe Quality Label to the Lisbon Youth Centre

From October 19 to 21, IPDJ's Lisbon Youth Centre hosted Gordana Berjan, coordinator of the Council of Europe's Quality Seal project and director of the European Youth Foundation, and Dragan Atanasov, youth worker and trainer of the Council of Europe's Training of Trainers grant.

The visit of this team of experts from the Council of Europe aimed to evaluate the work done by this centre over the past five years, for the renewal of this quality seal awarded to CJL for the first time in 2015.

For three days, the Council of Europe experts met with the regional director of Lisbon and Tagus Valley of IPDJ, Eduarda Marques, the coordinator of the CJL, Fernanda Brito, and the rest of the team that collaborates in the work of this centre. This meeting was also attended by Jorge Orlando, vice president of the European Steering Committee for Youth of the Council of Europe, Sílvia Vermelho, member of the Board of Directors of IPDJ, and the testimony of the partners of the CJL in the joint journey to defend the values of the Council of Europe, for a more participatory and inclusive society.
