Municipal Equality Day

Every day is important to strengthen the rights inherent to humanity, among which is the equality between men and women. Therefore, the Lisbon Youth Centre joined Animar Association to celebrate the Municipal Equality Day, October 24th.

In order to raise awareness about the importance of gender equality, a debate on this subject was promoted based on the movie "Moxie"!

The initiative had 84 young people and teachers from EP Magestil - Lisbon Fashion School and was led by Leonor Carvalho, young volunteer of IPDJ, and Flávia Garrido, Psychologist of the Youth Health Office of the Cuida-te+ Programme.
