"The European Training Strategy and the Competence Model for Youth Workers"

On the 20th and 21st of July, IPDJ's Lisbon Youth Centre (CJL) developed the training action "The European Training Strategy and the Competence Model for Youth Workers", with the support of SALTO Training and Cooperation.

The trainer, Laimonas Ragauskas, besides addressing the European Training Strategy, introduced the opportunities for youth workers in the YOCOMO (YOuth Workers COmpetence MOdel) process and facilitated the understanding of how the Competence Model can be useful in professional development.

This was a certified training through the Formar+ | Measure 1 programme and the Open Badges - Lisbon City of Learning, with two days of learning and opportunity for self-assessment of the youth workers present.
