Bulgarian delegation on study visit to Lisbon Youth Centre

Sharing of good practices between youth workers and youth leaders from Portugal and Bulgaria.

05/05/2023

From 2 to 4 May, the Lisbon Youth Centre received a delegation of 23 members from Bulgaria, with representatives from the Centre for Educational Integration of Children and Students from Ethnic Minorities, responsible for the youth area of the Municipality of Sofia and responsible for youth centres in the capital of Bulgaria.

This study visit aimed to make IPDJ and the Lisbon Youth Centre known, and to promote the sharing of good practices related to:

Measures aimed at vulnerable groups (ethnic minorities) in the field of education and work with and for young people;
Implementation of youth policies and specific policies aimed at vulnerable groups;
Sharing examples of local administration (municipalities) in working for and with young people, which counted with the collaboration of the Municipalities of Peniche and Vila Nova de Gaia.
These were three days of much sharing on behalf of young people, particularly young people in vulnerable situations.
