Celebrating one more anniversary of the CJL

Ninth anniversary of the Lisbon Youth Centre and renewal of its Council of Europe quality label for another five years.

On 5th of July 2023, the Lisbon Youth Centre (CJL), of the Portuguese Institute of Sport and Youth (IPDJ), marked its ninth anniversary and the renewal of the Council of Europe quality label for another five years.

This celebration included several activities throughout the day:

  • Training "Human Rights and Racial Discrimination", in collaboration with the High Commission for Migration - ACM, I.P.;
  • Workshop "Education for Human Rights" with young people from Ukraine, with the collaboration of the Associação Descoberta de Momentos;
  • Signing of new Partnership Agreements with the CJL;
  • Visit to the exhibition "10 Years of the National Sports Museum 2012-2022", led by the head of the National Sports Museum, Ana Semblano.

The day ended with a special moment, with the singing of congratulations to the CJL, which was attended by all CJL partners, participants in the various activities, the vice-president of IPDJ, Selene Martinho, the regional director of Lisbon and Tagus Valley of IPDJ and CJL, Eduarda Marques, the coordinator of CJL, Fernanda Brito, and the team of this centre and the Regional Directorate of Lisbon and Tagus Valley of IPDJ.

The end of this celebration was toasted with the voice of rapper Tsuki (@tsukimc).
